Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. 


Return instructions:

1.Return Time: You have 7 days to decide that this item is right for you. If you want to return the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide us with the order number and reason for return. Initiate a refund operation after confirming that a refund can be made, we have the right to refuse a refund initiated without contacting us.

2.Return Criteria: Returned merchandise must be in good condition with all original tags attached (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged), we do not accept any merchandise that has been worn, washed, or damaged.

3.Non returnable items: promotional items, swimsuits, bags and accessories.

4.Return shipping costs: If the seller's problem, resulting in the receipt of damaged or incorrect goods, the seller bears the cost of return, if the return is caused by the customer himself, then the buyer will bear all the costs incurred in returning the goods (please consult the relevant courier company for the specific costs)

5.Return Requirements: We are not responsible for returns generated by non-bloery, please be sure to check carefully before sending out the returned goods.

6.We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned goods or parcels inspected by customs (customers should pay for customs clearance costs), please keep the receipt with tracking information. Please keep the receipt with tracking information.

7,.Late return and late loss (caused by customer), 40% of the purchase price will be refunded (e.g. late pickup, late dispatch for customs clearance, etc.).

Attention:

Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

Specialty items are not allowed to be returned.

Costs incurred for returns requested by the customer shall be borne by the customer.

Return process

  • Confirm the return after receiving the package -Contact us with the order number and reason for return;
  • We accept the refund;
  • Pack the item(s) completely with the original tags and the order number on the parcel
  • Send the parcel back to us and notify us of the logistic information;
  • We will return the item(s) to you upon receipt of the return We return your purchase amount to your purchase account within 7 business days after receiving the package and checking that there are no problems.
  • Note: Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Order Cancellation

 

If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a help ticket by contacting us.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will result in a full refund of your order.
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but before shipment will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept a cancellation request.
